Challenges we ran into In the realm of research and decision-making, we encountered several challenges and had to make critical choices to ensure the success of Flow Grant: User Research: Conducting thorough user research to understand the needs, pain points, and preferences of both funders and innovators was crucial. We faced challenges in gathering comprehensive data, but by leveraging competitive audit, and user testing, we gained valuable insights that guided our design and development decisions. Design Decisions: Making informed design decisions involved striking a balance between user preferences, platform goals, and technical feasibility. We had to carefully consider factors such as visual aesthetics, information architecture, interaction patterns, and usability principles to create an intuitive and engaging user interface. Blockchain Integration: Integrating the Flow blockchain into the platform required deep research into blockchain technology, smart contracts, and security considerations. We had to evaluate various integration options, assess scalability, and make decisions on the most suitable implementation approach to ensure seamless integration with the Flow ecosystem.
