Faster Transaction Processing in Public Blockchain

"Revolutionizing Public Blockchains: Lightning-Fast Transaction Processing for a Seamless Future Using RainBlock"

    About

The problem it solves Public blockchains like Bitcoin and Ethereum often struggle to handle a high volume of transactions, leading to congestion and delays. Users experience long confirmation times for their transactions, which can be impractical for real-world applications like retail payments or decentralized apps (DApps). Congestion and slow confirmations can result in increased transaction fees, making blockchain use less cost-effective. Our project aims to revolutionize public blockchains by creating a system that significantly accelerates transaction processing, making blockchain technology more efficient, accessible, and usable in various real-world applications.

    How it's made

Challenges we ran into Dealing with network congestion is a persistent issue in public blockchains. Addressing this challenge involves finding innovative ways to prioritize and validate transactions. Designing a fee structure and economic model that balances the interests of miners/validators and users, while preventing spam and ensuring fair access to the network, requires careful consideration. Improving the execution speed and cost-efficiency of smart contracts is crucial. Ensuring that complex computations on the blockchain are performed quickly without causing delays is a significant technical challenge.
