About
The problem it solves The Problem EVERA Solves Tokenizing real-world assets (RWAs) can unlock access to capital and financial tools—but in regions like Indonesia, this potential remains untapped due to several key barriers: Limited Financial Access Millions of Indonesians are unbanked or underbanked, making it difficult to leverage assets like land or vehicles for financing or investment. Bureaucracy and Distance Legal processes often require in-person visits to notaries or government offices. For those in rural areas or outside Java, this means long travel, high costs, and slow paperwork. Unregistered Assets Many valuable assets—especially land and vehicles—remain undocumented. Without legal proof of ownership, these cannot be used as collateral or included in formal markets. How EVERA Helps EVERA builds decentralized infrastructure to make asset tokenization inclusive, transparent, and secure: ✅ Open Asset Submission Anyone can submit assets for tokenization—no centralized approval needed—empowering people across Indonesia to join the digital economy. 🔐 Trustless Validation EVERA uses EigenLayer AVS to validate assets with cryptographic proofs, reducing reliance on centralized validators and increasing trust. 🧩 Modular Compliance With zero-knowledge proofs, institutions can meet regulatory requirements without exposing private data, keeping the system secure and decentralized. 🌐 Supports All Asset Types EVERA can tokenize land, vehicles, livestock, and more—making these assets usable in DeFi apps like lending and fractional ownership. 💸 Unlocks Economic Potential Tokenizing informal or undocumented assets helps rural communities and small businesses access capital—closing Indonesia’s financial inclusion gap.
How it's made
Challenges we ran into Challenges We Faced 1. Integrating Trustless Validation with EigenLayer AVS Bringing EigenLayer into our RWA tokenization pipeline posed several technical hurdles: Existing documentation and tooling weren’t tailored for real-world assets. We developed custom simulations and frameworks to test various configurations and asset types (e.g., land, vehicles, bonds, artwork). We built a custom off-chain layer to convert asset data into formats compatible with EigenLayer’s validation engine. 2. Balancing Openness and Compliance Traditional KYC systems introduce centralization and can exclude users. To solve this, we: Developed a modular compliance layer using zero-knowledge proofs, allowing users and institutions to verify compliance without exposing personal data or compromising decentralization. 3. Deploying EigenLayer AVS on Lisk with IDRX Support EigenLayer had only been deployed on Ethereum Mainnet and Sepolia testnet. Since our platform is built on Lisk, we had to: Deploy and initialize EigenLayer on the Lisk Sepolia network Ensure AVS compatibility and support it with IDRX, our infrastructure layer for asset identity and registry on Lisk
