"Employ Connect" aims to decentralize the process of connecting employers with potential interns. This will eliminate the 'middlemen' hence, securing the data and saving money.

The problem it solves Generally when you want to apply for a job or post a job on some freelancing website, both the parties agree to share their data with the middleman thus compromising the privacy. Also when you post the job on the freelancing website, you have to pay some commission to them. So we propose a decentralized way of connecting the employer with the interns, where in layman terms an intern can go through various offers posted by the employers, apply for internships agreeing that the employer can view his required specifications and ratings. Now the employer can select one or more interns according to the requirement and form a smart contract.
