The problem it solves In the Web3 space, registering IP on-chain and creating IP derivatives like meme coins is a revolutionary concept. It decentralizes control, allowing creators full ownership and new revenue opportunities. IP can now be tokenized, opening doors to new finances in AI, cultural industries, and more. DUDU Wallet brings programmable IP and IP assets directly to retail users. It enables registration of IP on the blockchain and uses it as collateral for loans, giving IP holders a game-changing experience. DUDU also allows users to engage with and transact using IP derivatives, like meme coins, in an easy-to-use platform. What sets DUDU apart is its scalability and upgradeability. The wallet allows easy integration of new features as the programable IP ecosystem evolves, providing creators and investors with a simple, secure gateway to it. Create Wallet: Set a secure password for your wallet. 2. Wallet Setup: Choose from two options: * Create Wallet: Generate a new wallet with a seed phrase. * Import Wallet: Use private keys to restore an existing wallet. 3. Home Tab: * Displays your wallet address (with a copy option). * Shows your tokens and balance. * Actionable buttons for Send and Receive tokens. * Menu options: IPFI (Swap and Lending), Register IP and Trends (hot meme coins). 4. Traditional Crypto Transfer: To send tokens, enter the recipient's address, the amount, and confirm the transaction. The process is seamless with your wallet’s private key handling the signature. 5. Receive: Click the Receive button on the home tab to display your wallet address. Copy it to your clipboard for easy use. 6. IPFI: * Swap: Exchange assets by connecting to Piperx. * Borrow: Use IP as collateral to borrow PIPE via Unleash. 7. IP Registration: In the IP tab, register your smart contract’s IP and get a confirmation hash. 8. Trends: Discover the hottest meme coins in the Story ecosystem. You can swap them directly from the meme coin dashboard. This extension provides an easy-to-use and secure interface for managing crypto assets, registering IP and transaction of IPFi. The project architecture and development process DUDU Wallet Architecture and Development Process Overview: DUDU Wallet is a browser extension for Story Protocol, enabling users to manage IPFi (IP Finance), tokens, and NFTs. It integrates programmable IP, allowing users to register IP, swap tokens, and borrow assets in a secure, user-friendly interface. Core Functionality: Wallet Setup: Create a wallet with a seed phrase or import using private keys. Home Tab: Displays wallet address, tokens, and balance, with options to send/receive assets. IPFi (Swap & Lending): Swap tokens via Piperx or borrow PIPE using IP as collateral via Unleash. IP Registration: Register IP in the IP tab, receiving a confirmation hash. Trends: View and interact with trending meme coins. Key Implementation Details: Frontend: Built with React, offering a clean UI for asset management and DeFi activities. Blockchain Integration: Connected to Story Protocol’s smart contracts via Web3.js/Ethers.js for on-chain operations. Trends from IP.World meme coins and Key differentiators and uniqueness of the project This is the first native wallet on Story Protocol, using PoC and IPFI, creates a unique retail gateway programable IP and gives exposition and access to the Ecosystem IP-related tokens. Trade-offs and shortcuts while building We had to integrate only one DEX to narrow the scope of the project for the hackathon. In production, we will integrate other DEXs from the ecosystem. On the other hand, the IP registration feature has been developed with the most basic functionalities, again to limit the scope of the project, but we are analyzing what additional features we can add in this area. Unleash doesn't run in Aeneid, so It cannot be run in the same flow.
