The problem it solves The Problem DezenMart Solves DezenMart addresses the widespread issue of “what I ordered vs. what I got” by solving the trust gap in online shopping, where customers often receive poor-quality or completely different items than they paid for. The platform also tackles the lack of buyer protection for artisans and small businesses who currently rely on unregulated channels like Instagram and WhatsApp, where there is no escrow, no dispute resolution, and no way to prove product authenticity. Additionally, DezenMart solves the problem of fragmented payment systems, which make it difficult for international customers to support local creators due to currency barriers, banking limitations, and lack of seamless cross-border transactions. Finally, DezenMart fills a major gap in Web3 by providing real-world utility for crypto offering a decentralized marketplace where actual products can be bought and sold using blockchain-based tools like escrow smart contracts and stablecoin payments.

Challenges we ran into Challenges We Faced 1. Chainlink Price Feed Aggregator Setup Integrating the Chainlink price feed aggregator proved to be a complex task. Configuring the correct feeds and ensuring accurate data for token pricing required significant technical effort. 2. CCIP Integration Was Tedious Implementing Chainlink CCIP (Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol) was a major hurdle. The documentation was limited in some areas, and setting up the protocol required deep technical troubleshooting. 3. Token Interaction With CCIP Was Difficult Getting our custom token to work with CCIP was particularly challenging. We faced issues with: Adding our token to the CCIP proof system Registering the token within the CCIP pool
