As we belong to India, we want to do something meaningful for our fellow builders. My connection to the region is rooted in my commitment to fostering **innovation** and **collaboration**. I believe my project can make a **positive impact** on the community.
How it's made
What challenges are you focusing on? We are focusing on the challenge of **limited funding** for open-source projects in my community. Many talented developers struggle to bring their ideas to life due to **financial constraints**. With the help of **Base**, I aim to create a platform that connects these developers with potential sponsors, fostering **collaboration** and **innovation** while raising awareness about the resources available to support their work. How does your submission address this challenge? **DevFund**, helps solve the funding problem for open-source projects by connecting developers with sponsors. It allows developers to **create campaigns** where they can receive donations directly from people who want to **support their work**. This way, developers can turn their ideas into reality, and it **encourages teamwork and support** within the community, leading to more innovation and growth. Challenges we ran into **NFT API Limitations:** We faced issues with APIs not supporting the Base Sepolia chain for retrieving NFTs. **Solution:** We switched to using **Alchemy SDK** implementation, which provided the necessary support to achieve our goals.
