How it's made
Challenges we ran into The AI chatbot behaved like a black box and didn't give enough transparency to the user. It was a challenge to find a useful, simple, and intuitive place for the AI. We settled on using the chatbot for pool discovery and portfolio rebalancing because these tasks are relatively simple, transparent, and time-consuming.
