How it's made

Challenges we ran into I faced some challenges while building this project, particularly related to live cricket API integration. The API was sometimes unreliable and provided inconsistent data, which made it difficult to ensure accurate match information for users. Additionally, implementing the betting contract itself required a deep understanding of smart contract development and the Tezos blockchain. I spent a lot of time researching and experimenting with different approaches to ensure the contract was secure and reliable. Finally, designing and implementing the front-end interface also required a lot of attention to detail and testing to ensure a smooth user experience. Another challenge was ensuring the security of the smart contract. As this is a betting platform, it was crucial to prevent any kind of hacking or manipulation of the contract. I had to spend a considerable amount of time researching and implementing best practices for smart contract security to ensure that the platform is safe for users to place bets.
