The problem it solves **There’s no reliable way to discover and verify who built what onchain.** The Builder Index solves this by aggregating onchain, GitHub, and social data into a single, searchable directory. It attributes builders to projects, tracks real-time ecosystem metrics, and provides visual dashboards for recruiters, DevRel teams, and researchers, filling a critical gap in builder discovery and ecosystem intelligence.
How it's made
Challenges we ran into Handling real-time, cross-sourced data was trickier than expected. Aligning formats, deduplicating builders, and ensuring attribution accuracy exposed inconsistencies we didn’t anticipate. We overcame it by refining our data model, adding fallback logic for matching identities, and implementing a more flexible search index.
