About
The problem it solves Each Government(State or Central) has to invest a lot of money to conduct the votes all over the region. Still we are not able to fix the fraudulence and security issues. In the recent times there have been multiple cases of vote tampering with EVM. The problem that our system "Apna Chunaav" solves is voter fraud. By encrypting and storing each vote as a transaction on the blockchain, it becomes impossible to tamper or duplicate votes. Another problem that it can solve is voter accessibility. By allowing the voters to cast their votes online using their credentials, it eliminates the need for physical polling stations and reduces costs and efforts. It also enables for transparent fund raise among political parties. As a result of our Hackathon Problem Statement:- Financial Fraud Detection, we are able to implement the procedure to make secure transaction and transperent voting conductions with face recognition based 'KYC Verification' through the aspect of decentralization and blockchain. The current voting systems often suffer from issues such as fraud and lack of transparency. The aim of a voting dapp would be to provide a secure and tamper-proof system that ensures every vote is counted accurately and in a transparent manner, while maintaining the privacy of individual voters. Traditional fundraising methods for election can be inefficient, expensive, and opaque, with a lack of transparency and accountability leading to concerns about corruption and undue influence.
How it's made
Challenges we ran into Deployment issue, compiling issues for smart contracts and putting all of these in one place.
