    About

The problem it solves Altair makes it easy for normies to get into defi as a user-friendly chat interface for defi. Users can swap cryptocurrencies, open limit orders, and even create simple trading automations (e.g. DCA) by describing them in English to an AI agent. This spares users from needing to struggle with web wallets and complex trading UIs. More advanced users can make helpful, time-saving automations with zero coding or crypto knowledge all while Altair learns and personalizes to users over time from stored user context data on 0G.ai Use of AI tools and agents Custom fine-tuned openai model, agentkit, 0G inferenceActionProvider training and user chat and past swap data for user-specific context memory.

    How it's made

Challenges we ran into Privy user / wallet authentication to execute swap thru uniswapActionProvider, got through it by enforcing strict-signing and swaps working. Got stuck on our 0G integration, specifically with KVs and flow.submit with primary blocker being on-chain writes to 0G Galileo fail at flow.submit with execution reverted (require(false)), even with correct chain (16602) and funded wallet. Read-side instability: KV endpoint access has been slow/unreachable (timeout / All KV endpoints failed), so direct KV reads were unreliable. Root cause scope: behavior appears network/contract-side or endpoint-side, not just app logic (reproduced through diagnostics outside normal chat flow). Current mitigation in app: storage provider was refactored to prefer 0G file-storage flow and use local fallback when 0G write/read fails, so UX continues even during 0G outages. Net effect right now: user memory may be saved locally when 0G is unhealthy; on-chain 0G persistence is not consistently guaranteed until flow.submit path is resolved.
