The Voting system allows following actions : - the owner can add voter to a whitelist - the owner orchestrate the voting phases : RegisteringVoters, ProposalsRegistrationStarted, ProposalsRegistrationEnded, VotingSessionStarted, VotingSessionEnded, VotesTallied - The owners tallies the votes and calculates the results - Voters added to the whitelist can add proposals and vote for their preferred one
