Privacy-preserving settlement, powered by ERC-8262 ZKPs, & Raxol agents.

    Demo

    About

Xochi is a **ZK-compliant dark pool** where AI solver agents compete to fill signed intents privately, with zero-knowledge compliance proofs (ERC-8262) clearing each trade before settlement. No order book, no MEV, regulator-verifiable. **Built on Arc:** trades settle in native USDC with sub-second finality, and CCTP lands cross-chain intents as USDC on Arc. Agents run on [Raxol](https://github.com/DROOdotFOO/raxol), our open-source Elixir/OTP runtime, launched on Virtuals.io

    How it's made

Xochi is a vertically integrated dark pool built on React 19, Vite, and Cloudflare Workers (D1 + KV + Durable Objects). Arc integration required threading a new chain through every layer of the monorepo: a single 'CHAIN_REGISTRY' entry in our shared package propagates the chain ID (5042), explorer URLs, and native currency across the wagmi config, token registries, balance hooks, permit detection, and the worker's RPC routing; all type-checked so a missing entry fails to compile. The key hack was handling Arc's unusual dual-decimal USDC: it's the native gas token at 18 decimals protocol-level but 6 decimals as an ERC-20, so we had to split the balance and gas display paths rather than treating them uniformly. Privacy settlement (ERC-5564 stealth addresses with ERC-4337 gasless claims) works on Arc the same as any other chain. The live demo at (xochi-arc-demo.pages.dev) shows quoting, chain selection, and the full trade UI against Arc, with the solver backend ready to open mainnet corridors once Circle's USDC contract address is published. Arc's sub-second deterministic finality is a natural fit for an intent-based mechanism, no reorg risk means the solver can confirm settlement in a single block. The Xochi frontend and API are fully wired for Arc mainnet (chain ID 5042) and ready to go live the moment Circle publishes the mainnet USDC contract address and Riddler opens the solver corridors.
