About
RawMarket is a professional spot trading venue for tokenized US commodity benchmarks, beginning with USDA Class III Milk and expanding to potatoes, tomatoes, wheat, corn, rice, soybeans, and dry beans. Users can inspect source-labelled candlestick history and live order-book depth, fund a test account, place market or limit orders, manage inventory, review fills, and open immutable Hedera receipts from order history. The product separates benchmark data, exchange prices, and blockchain lifecycle state so each remains independently auditable.
How it's made
RawMarket combines a Next.js and TypeScript trading terminal with a deterministic Rust/Axum central limit order book hosted on AWS. The matcher uses integer ticks, price-time priority, reservations, partial fills, post-only orders, cancellation, and self-trade prevention. Hedera records every accepted order through an EVM receipt contract, with Mirror Node resolving native transaction IDs for HashScan links. The application now includes Hedera’s official Asset Tokenization Studio SDK. RawMarket uses the ATS factory path for governed commodity assets, ERC-1400 partition operations for issuance, holds and redemption, and an ERC-3643-compatible identity/compliance module for transfer eligibility. HTS provides native testnet token identities while ATS supplies the controlled asset lifecycle.
