About

Arc-Reserve enables tokenized investment in green and renewable energy projects via blockchain technology. For example we have project features Solar Indonesia 01 (SOLAR01), a 50 MW solar installation located in Indonesia. Operational Architecture: Project owners list eligible renewable initiatives on the Arc-Reserve platform. KYC-verified investors purchase asset-backed tokens using stablecoins. Tokens do not mean as equity or corporate ownership; rather, they grant holders a proportional right to underlying real-world cash flows generated by the energy assets. Revenue Cycle: Revenues are routed on-chain and distributed programmatically: the majority is disbursed as yield to token holders, while remaining allocations fund a protected reserve, operator compensation, and protocol fees. Investors maintain continuous exit liquidity through automated stablecoin redemptions backed directly by reserve capital. Liquidity & Price Protection: A portion of capital raised during offerings is locked into active Uniswap V3 liquidity positions, establishing a fully backed price floor that prevents catastrophic downside volatility. When revenue profit are distributed, the liquidity baseline are increased, so it will raise the token price. And we ensure with this feature the token price will not fall below the baseline price and rugpulled. This application operates across three testnets: Base Sepolia, Hedera Testnet, and Circle Arc Testnet. How it's made

Smart Contracts & Compliance: Smart contracts were authored in Solidity and validated using Foundry. Token transfers are strictly restricted to KYC-compliant wallets through integrated IdentityRegistry and Compliance modules. The Vault contract segregates funds across five discrete accounting buckets: issuer proceeds, protected reserve, market liquidity, revenue, and protocol fees. Market Management & Yield: The Market Manager governs concentrated Uniswap V3 liquidity positions under strict immutable constraints: token minting is prohibited, and execution is restricted to explicitly allocated inventory. Trading surplus automatically flows into the reserve vault, systematically raising the asset price floor over time. Application Layer & Multi-Chain Deployment: Off-chain infrastructure comprises a real-time event indexing service, a RESTful API backend, and a React frontend for asset discovery and analytics. The complete architecture is deployed across Base Sepolia, Hedera Testnet, and Circle Arc Testnet. On networks lacking canonical Uniswap V3 deployments (Hedera and Arc), official Uniswap V3 factory and pool contracts were compiled and deployed directly. For infra and deployment we’re using docker, nginx, aws. And for AI code we use opencode, claude code, and open spec for specs management. We also use google stitch for visualizing the UI and application flow.
