The problem it solves Medical facilities have evolved gradually over the years. What has continued is the ritual that whenever we see a doctor, we present our medical file to him/her consisting of all our previous medical reports and other related documents. This could further pose a serious issue if we are in need of critical treatment but fail to avail because we don't have access to our previous reports with us. A major problem faced by the healthcare industry, is how to share the clinical data with various health care facilities while ensuring confidentiality, data integrity, and patient privacy. We want to provide a digital solution to this problem so that you don't have to bring your medical file with you the next time you go to the doctor. With the patient's cooperation, we established a Web portal that allows the doctor to see any patient's previous records. The patient records will be stored utilising Blockchain technology. This ensures that the data stays secure while being distributed across multiple peers.

How it's made

Challenges we ran into We weren't sure wether to build the platform on ethereum or hyperledger fabric we were not sure. We lacked resources for hyperledger fabric although we thought of maximising utility by using a private blockchain but at last we went for ethereum
