    About

The problem it solves ## **The Problem VaultIQ Solves** * **No trust layer for tokenized real-world assets:** Today, anyone can mint an NFT or token that claims to represent a real asset — but there’s no easy way to prove that it’s genuine, safe, or up to date. * **Fraud and low-quality assets weaken DeFi:** Without trusted verification, onchain markets are flooded with worthless or misleading tokens, which harms investors and slows down real-world asset adoption. * **Cross-chain liquidity is fragmented:** Even when assets are verified, they often get locked in one ecosystem. Moving them securely between chains is complex, risky, and lacks standardized trust. ## **How VaultIQ Helps** VaultIQ makes it simple to: * Verify assets with AI before they become tokens — instantly detect fakes or low-quality data. * Mint trust-backed Vault NFTs that carry clear proof of authenticity, score, and metadata. * Track and manage all vaults in one secure dashboard. * Bridge verified vaults cross-chain using Chainlink CCIP, keeping them liquid and usable wherever DeFi opportunities exist. * Automate re-verification and delegated actions through ElizaOS, so vaults stay trusted and up to date. ## **What People Can Use VaultIQ For** * Asset owners and creators can prove their physical or digital assets are genuine, then tokenize them confidently. * Investors can trust that what they buy, lend against, or trade is backed by verified data and transparent proof. * Builders and protocols can integrate VaultIQ vaults as trustworthy collateral or real-world asset tokens in DeFi apps. * Communities can fractionalize high-value items — like artwork, carbon credits, or intellectual property — with built-in proof. **In short:** VaultIQ makes it safer and easier to bring real-world value onchain — and keep it trusted, liquid, and usable across multiple blockchains.

    How it's made

Challenges we ran into ## **Challenges I Ran Into** * **Team bandwidth and unexpected drop-off:** Midway through the build, one of the core developers dropped out unexpectedly. This created a big gap in our backend and integration timeline. * **No in-house frontend development:** Our only remaining developer was a backend-focused smart contract engineer with no frontend experience, which made merging the UI with smart contracts more challenging. * **Ghosted by an external frontend engineer:** We brought in an external frontend engineer at the last minute to handle the merge between the UI and backend. Unfortunately, they ghosted us halfway through the integration. * **Connecting multiple moving parts:** The project combines AI verification, backend storage, smart contract minting, and cross-chain bridging. Orchestrating them together — especially in a short hackathon timeframe — required careful planning. ## **How I Overcame It** * I re-scoped our workflow and built a clear priority map to focus only on the highest-impact flows first (AI → Mint → Bridge). * I took on the full responsibility of designing the entire UI/UX, building the landing page prototype, and preparing all pitch materials myself to keep progress steady. * When the first external frontend engineer ghosted us, we quickly found a replacement — who stepped in and delivered the merge work in time. * I broke down the integration steps into clear, manageable tasks for the backend developer and the new frontend engineer, so each could focus on their piece without overlap or confusion. * I used no-code tools like Bolt to test the frontend flow while the contracts were still being finalized, keeping us aligned and ready to connect all parts smoothly. ## **Key Takeaway** Staying adaptable, communicating clearly, and acting fast to solve people problems helped us keep VaultIQ on track, even with last-minute hurdles and a lean team.
