    About

The problem it solves The core issue is that users who wish to remain on-chain almost never transact at the best available price. Although there are numerous DEX aggregators, they are limited to DeFi products. While DeFi introduces many innovations, the majority of liquidity still resides within centralized financial institutions. As a result, due to the higher liquidity on CEXs, the best prices are almost always offered by centralized exchanges. T-rex aims to enable on-chain users to execute trades at the best possible price by aggregating both DEX and CEX data. Users can complete these transactions while maintaining their balances entirely on-chain. This allows anyone who wishes to stay on-chain to perform swaps at truly the best price, without having to worry about MEV attacks or low liquidity in the “wild nature” of DeFi.

    How it's made

Challenges we ran into At first glance, connecting a DEX and a CEX seems like bridging two isolated worlds—and doing so without relying on third-party services like oracles, which can introduce ongoing costs, posed a fundamental workflow challenge we needed to solve. Since we are positioned between DEXs and CEXs, we developed the T-rex module to actively listen to both sides and protect the user's right to transact at the best possible price. We are currently developing additional modules to maintain liquidity balance between these two “worlds.” However, now that the core workflow has been grounded in a solid structure, this process has become much more straightforward.
