About
Why are you participating for Based LatAm? We are Members of the PASS Foundation and the LLL Foundation. We are also co-founders of LZ Consulting Group SAS, a company that advises and is part of Mercosur Business Chambers, especially producers of commodities, food and precious metals (mining). We work with products from all over LATAM and advise on exports. From there, we observed what the problems of each institution and company are, and we were able to develop this protocol, TPP, which provides solutions to the main problems of our sector: transparency in donations whose receipts serve to deduct taxes and that what is donated effectively reaches its recipients, guarantee of the origin and treatment of products (verification and reliable certification, for example, organic products and their components), verification that services are performed by qualified professionals and efficiently, that resources are used appropriately, etc. That is why we began to implement this protocol, as a certificate of quality and veracity, tokenizing processes, products and services and validating the identity of those who execute it as well as those who receive it. We want to bring this protocol, as a quality standard to all NGOs and institutions, to restore confidence to donations, but also to companies to add to their products a value of confidence in their quality. Additional Features Thanks to Smart Wallet, we were able to incorporate a very easy-to-use wallet with a simple interface that helps the mass adoption of the protocol and the use of NFTs. As for the identity and reputation validation system of Talent Protocol, it helps us that both institutions, NGOs, companies, users and their operators validate their identity and trajectory, to add more confidence to users, donors and consumers. With Talent Protocol we will be able to monitor the performance, both during the processes and at the end of them. In this way, we will also be able to create a place of recognition for those who carry out charitable work frequently with their donations, which we will incorporate into Talent Protocol, as a space of honor.
How it's made
What challenges are you focusing on? We want the processes, both in donations and in the traceability of goods and services, to be reliable again. That people and companies can trust that their donations reach their destination, that NGOs can demonstrate that they meet their objectives. That companies can have traceability in their production and that the receipts of each transaction are reliable and invulnerable to such an extent that they can serve as proof to validate quality or for tax deduction. We want TPP to become a quality certificate that guarantees the transparency of any donation or process and that each NGO, each company and each product needs to validate with this system each stage of production and elaboration of goods and services. By establishing a freemium and user-friendly system, with easy integration and immediate access to validation and NFT format vouchers, we obtain a guaranteed mass adoption. We are presidents of Foundations with more than 18 years of experience. We are also co-founders of a consulting firm that is a member of Business Chambers and we already have contracts where we will integrate TPP as a certificate of validation of processes, both in donations and with the companies we advise for their protocols of origin and product production. How does your submission address this challenge? The potential is endless, since, although the initial objective is to give transparency to donations, where with a simple process the donor can have traceability in their donation and know what it is spent on and certify that the beneficiary effectively receives what is donated, it is a protocol applicable to the tokenization of any good. is a commodity (grains, foods, minerals, metals, meats, etc.). It also includes identity tokenization and KYC processes, digital contract signing, sale of services, among others. All these procedures can guarantee and restore the user's confidence, and it is applicable to all areas: it can be used to guarantee that a product is really organic and healthy, the ingredients contained in a recipe, the quality of professionals who provide a service, the verification of a professional's qualification, and even certify the veracity of a contract and a digital signature. The applicability is infinite, simple and economical, since its business model involves only an expense of 5% of the total amount of each transaction. Challenges we ran into Our main obstacle was the lack of knowledge about web 3 technologies and tools. In order to overcome this, we created a protocol (TPP) that includes several simple steps that take the user into a friendly experience, without them realizing that they are entering a new and unknown system. To do this, we start from a web2 platform, in a Marketplace format, where the user begins their experience, for example in the case of donations, with a menu where they will find a variety of campaigns from different NGOs. There, when he opt for one, he access a common payment gateway, where he pay with money or crypto. The invoice is transformed into an invulnerable NFT voucher, which he can use to deduct taxes. When the NGO receives the funds minus 5% of the cost of the service, and makes the purchase of the good to be donated, it tokenizes those invoices and receipts with an NFT. The products are also tokenized and a QR code is placed on them to guarantee inventory when they are moved and delivered. The people involved in its process validate their identity with tokenized KYC, at the time of distributing the donations, making them responsible for the correct execution of the deliveries. When they reach the recipient, the beneficiary's identity is validated by tokenizing their KYC and their signature on the donation receipt receipt is also tokenized. Thus, we were able to incorporate a friendly and easy-to-use system in the tokenization of processes, goods, contract signatures and identity verification, with a friendly wallet, where we can send the NFTs that guarantee invulnerability and transparency. This makes adoption massive for any individual or company or NGOs that want to contribute or make their own campaigns with transability and security and giving the receipts an unalterable certification, thanks to web3.
