Challenges we ran into While developing the project, we faced challenges due to limited funding. Although we had a solid idea, inadequate finances led to team instability and compromised product quality. Additionally, our team's relative inexperience required us to explore various strategies. To overcome these obstacles, we formed partnerships with supportive individuals and organizations, alleviating financial strain and stabilizing the team. We improved communication channels to handle personnel changes effectively, maintaining product quality. Seeking guidance from mentors and industry experts boosted our learning curve.
