Rescue Chain
Rescue Chain - Decentralized Emergency Aid Distribution Platform
About
The problem it solves 1.Lack of Transparency: Aid funds and resources often vanish in bureaucratic or corrupt processes, leaving beneficiaries underserved. 2.Inefficiency in Fund Allocation: Traditional systems lack the mechanisms to ensure aid reaches the right people at the right time. 3.Corruption Prevention: Mismanagement and embezzlement of funds are common, undermining trust and effectiveness. 4.Direct and Traceable Aid Delivery: Ensuring that aid reaches the intended recipients without intermediaries is difficult in traditional systems. 5.Secure Fund Management: Ensuring that donations and allocated funds are secure, tamper-proof, and used for their intended purposes.
How it's made
Challenges we ran into 1. Smart Contract Integration: Integrating the smart contracts into the platform was challenging, especially ensuring that the contracts interacted seamlessly with the front end. Bugs in the contract logic caused some transactions to fail or behave unpredictably, especially under edge cases. 2. Wallet Authentication Features: Some wallet providers (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect) were inconsistent during authentication, causing failed logins or session timeouts. Additionally, securely storing wallet addresses and ensuring compatibility across providers added complexity.
