Creators get a dedicated stage to showcase their work, and collectors get a simple way to actually experience the art they own. By shifting the focus from transactions to engagement, PODPLAYR makes Web3 media accessible, discoverable, and enjoyable for everyone. Smart Contract Address(es) PODPLAYR prides itself on having no smart contract dependencies. Unlike marketplaces or token-driven platforms, PODPLAYR doesn’t require users to sign transactions, spend gas, or interact with complex contracts just to enjoy media. How it's made
Challenges we ran into One of the biggest challenges I ran into while building PODPLAYR was bridging the gap between the simplicity people expect from platforms like Spotify or YouTube and the complexity of Web3. Making cross-chain NFTs easy to discover and stream without forcing users through clunky steps was no small task. On top of that, I had to address the perception of NFTs as just assets and reframe them as creative works meant to be experienced. Then ensuring smooth, reliable performance while pulling media directly from decentralized sources. As well as filtering for certain medias in users wallets.
