How it's made

Challenges we ran into 1. Email Verification Limits with Nodemailer While implementing OTP-based email verification for user registration, we initially used Nodemailer with Gmail SMTP. However, we quickly ran into daily sending limits (100–500 emails/day), which became a bottleneck during bulk onboarding. 2. Document Upload & Storage Management Allowing students to upload PDFs and images led to rapid disk usage, plus we needed per-branch grouping and admin-level visibility.
