The problem it solves #### Companies use the oints system to - reward their customers and marketing affiliates, - find potential new customers and marketing affiliates, - and advertise to potential new customers. #### Holders collect a company's points by - making purchases from the company, - referring new customers to the company, - engaging with marketing campaigns on social media, - or buying the points on exchanges. #### Holders use a company's points to - make purchases from the company, - redeem payment from the company, - or profit by selling on exchanges.
How it's made
Challenges we ran into I wrote every part of this app solo, so I had to learn quite a bit about the whole web3 stack. I began with using command line chain ops and worked my way up to creating a deployed api for users, which was a fun learning experience and challenge. I found Base's base camp tutorial resources and the web3.py docs to be invaluable learning tools.
