Customers have to deal with multiple cards, apps, or accounts, and they can only redeem their points at specific businesses. Businesses have to invest in expensive infrastructure and security systems, and they have no way to track the secondary market of their rewards. - NFTs are digital assets represent unique&verifiable ownership of anything from art to tickets. But most people are not aware of the potential and benefits of NFTs, and they face barriers such as high fees, complex interfaces, and lack of interoperability when trying to access them. ## Problem solves - NPoint rewards program is entirely custom-branded, which means it’s all your branding and your experience. Choose from a variety of ways to set up your rewards program and customize it to your liking. Store owners dont need to buy POS machine! Perfect for Small businesses! - Super simple customer interface: Users can create an account easily or can also log in with NEAR. Each new user created automatically got a named NEAR wallet so they can manage their digital assets transparently / trade them easily with the help of NEAR blockchain! - Point can be used to redeem for gifts (like NEAR token / NFT card…), store owners can customize them as they like. - Enables businesses to benefit from the secondary market of their rewards. Businesses can embed royalties in their NFTs, so that they receive a percentage of every sale on any marketplace. - provides businesses with insights on their customers’ behavior and preferences, for each scan, customers info are collected so store owner can provide customer support&re-marketing them later! Challenges we ran into ## Challenges I ran into Integrating Web3 solution into web2 system and make them work seamlessly is not easy task, but in the end, I did it!
