The problem it solves Every ecosystem seemingly has 20 different projects aiming to make the fiat->crypto onramp as easy and as convenient as possible, every onramp has credit card support, direct bank deposits, etc, and gets liquidity from centralized exchanges. But the opposite direction - going from crypto->fiat, is severely underserved, especially without going through "compliant" centralized onramps. We take the approach of using the substrate blockchain framework to build an automation layer to facilitate localbitcoin style trades, and *collateralized* liquidity pools for potentially offchain assets.
How it's made
Challenges we ran into We unfortunately went crazy on scope early on, relative to the size and capability of our team - one of our team members who was planning to attend didn't show up, yay - virtually all components of our submission ended up in a state of "operates, significant proportion of logic is unimplimented, is incomplete" other than design.
