    Don’t Fade the Soil

    About

The problem it solves The Problem It Solves Traditional agriculture suffers from lack of funding, no transparency, and limited community participation. Farmers struggle to scale, and communities don’t benefit from the food systems they depend on. What People Can Use GMC For Farmers can raise on-chain capital using NFTs as collateral — no banks needed. Investors earn real-world yield from agriculture — safely and transparently. Communities access affordable food and profit from collective farming success. Everyone gets to track, support, and benefit from farming in a decentralized way. How GMC Makes It Easier & Safer No middlemen — direct link between farmer and funder On-chain transparency — see where your funds go Yield pool — 10% of farming profits shared with holders Scalable impact — real food, real farms, real rewards. Smart Contract Address(es) Smart Contract Address(es) Currently, GMC is utilizing Thirdweb’s pre-built contracts to power our community NFT collection and basic on-chain functions. These include NFT minting and metadata management. As we progress, we’re actively developing our custom smart contracts for advanced features like: NFT-backed microloans On-chain farming operations Yield-sharing pools Marketplace access Once audited and deployed, our own contract addresses will be shared. Other Onchain Proof Other Onchain Proof GMC has already deployed an initial batch of NFTs via Thirdweb to kickstart community engagement and establish early on-chain presence. You can view the collection here: [insert Thirdweb NFT collection link or blockchain explorer link] While our main platform is still in development, this collection serves as our first on-chain milestone, demonstrating real commitment, early traction, and a growing base of engaged holders. More proofs—such as farming transactions, staking pools, and yield sharing—will follow with our upcoming proprietary smart contracts.

    How it's made

Challenges we ran into Challenges We Ran Into Building Green Market Capital (GMC) hasn't been without hurdles: Marketing & Awareness: One major challenge has been getting visibility in the crowded Web3 space. With limited resources and no VC backing yet, reaching the right audience requires creative, grassroots community efforts. Product Development: Our current platform focuses on community engagement and early traction. We're still actively building the core on-chain farming infrastructure — which takes time, funding, and technical iteration. Lack of Institutional Support: We've received no external funding or VC support so far. This has made it tough to scale as fast as we'd like, but it's also taught us resilience, lean execution, and the value of organic growth. Despite these challenges, we're driven by purpose, supported by a passionate community, and committed to building a system that truly empowers farmers and investors.
