Gemworks Marketplace

The problem it solves For decades, retail gem ownership has been clouded by mystery, inflated prices, and limited access. The result? A rewarding hobby and serious trade made unnecessarily difficult by a lack of transparency and trust. We’re changing that — not by becoming just another online dealer, but by opening up a global marketplace for gem dealers, jewelers, and collectors to meet, trade, and grow together. Here’s how we’re different: A true open marketplace – Verified dealers and jewelers list directly, giving buyers real access to the source. 0% trading fees (powered by Gold Coin) – Our community-first model ensures value stays with the people who create it. Fun, Web3-native engagement – From raffle-based staking rewards to token-gated seller tools, we’re making gems & jewelry collecting more exciting than ever. But more than just fixing what’s broken, GemWorks is about restoring what gems and jewelry have always promised: forever. Diamonds have been marketed as forever for decades — but blockchain makes that promise real. On-chain provenance ensures every stone’s story endures, every piece of jewelry uploaded carries truth, and every relationship between buyer and seller is built to last. Before building GemWorks, we tested the waters with a Web2 storefront on Etsy, logging nearly 600 sales. That experience validated the demand — and proved that both buyers and sellers are ready for a better, more transparent, and more connected way forward. The gem industry has been promising blockchain innovation for years. With GemWorks, it’s finally here — and it’s forever.
