Newbie here, just tried to do little coding and improving even more ERC-7281 contract

The problem it solves I tried to make an improved version of the ERC-7281 contract looking at https://github.com/defi-wonderland/xERC20 and catalyst token. I'm just a newbie learning so is nothing special, just wanted to partecipate
How it's made
Challenges we ran into I did minor changes of the original code. I used Base tutorial on coding of Base Camp and then took a code and tried to do minor changes without it erroring.
