Enjoy 0kcal
As a first step onboarding idea, an idea to use a food-themed frame as a communication tool.
About
The problem it solves < Cheat Day = 0kcal > Eating is a daily activity that everyone participates in, regardless of age, making it a universally relatable theme. The "Enjoy 0kcal" concept has a playful meme vibe. When people think of dieting, they usually imagine healthy salads or running, but our diet channel flips that script. It’s filled with photos of high-calorie foods like burgers, ramen, chicken, fries, and sweets. By uploading these photos to the Warpcast diet channel, you can playfully pretend those calories don’t count—0kcal! This fun interaction encourages users to engage with Farcaster. Since the frame is completed off-chain, you only need to register an email and subscribe to the app to get started. As an influencer in my fifth year, I’m careful not to promote anything that could damage the trust of my followers. From an influencer’s perspective, I think this idea lowers the PR barrier and helps create a system where people invite more people. We have a great environment for sharing our language and cultural differences, but new users often find it hard to keep using the platform. Just creating communication tools like the frame isn’t enough. So, I’ve put together a summer program to help people get started with Warpcast (aligned with the Onchain Summer period). Through this program, I hope beginners can overcome common pitfalls, keep using the platform, and enjoy their creative activities while getting familiar with all the amazing tech you’re developing.
How it's made
Challenges we ran into 1.Although we were able to create a state where it runs on the debugger early on, it was difficult to display it as a frame on Warpcast. 2.We encountered a problem where we couldn’t obtain the FID of the person who pressed the Check button. 3.We want to share the results displayed after pressing the Check button on the frame, but we are facing an issue where the initial screen of the frame is being shared instead, and we are currently troubleshooting this. We resolved these issues by referring to the documentation. https://framesjs.org/
