EOL Token: Powering Loyalty, One Transaction at a Time!
About
The problem it solves The Problem with Loyalty Programs 1. Limited Use: Loyalty points are tied to one business, expire quickly, and have too many rules. 2. No Real Connection: Customers feel like outsiders; there's no engagement or sense of belonging. 3. Costly for Businesses: Expensive to run, with little insight into what customers really want. 4. Transactional, Not Community-Driven: It’s all about buying more, not creating real relationships. How EOL Token Solves It 1. Universal Rewards: Tokens work across businesses, don’t expire, and give customers true ownership. 2. Customer Involvement: Use tokens to vote on menus, events, and more—your opinion finally matters! 3. Better for Businesses: Cheaper to manage, with valuable insights from customer participation. 4. Building Communities: Tokens make loyalty about connection, not just transactions. 5. EOL Token makes loyalty engaging, empowering, and rewarding for everyone involved. Additional Features Exploring UIDAI APIs: Spent 2-4 hours diving into Aadhaar authentication APIs but found them a bit too tricky for seamless integration. Resolved with Cellular OTP: Pivoted to a simpler solution using message-based OTPs, which worked out more efficiently.
How it's made
Challenges we ran into Understanding Anon Aadhaar: Navigating its tech stack and cryptographic foundations was complex. Defining a Unique Use Case: Avoiding a generic loyalty program required deeper problem-solving, still ongoing. Nullifiers & Signals: Implementing these for secure and anonymous operations was intricate. Razorpay Auth: Integrating and handling payments securely added layers of complexity. Transactional EOL Tokens: Bridging token minting with real-world usability posed technical challenges.
