    About

The problem it solves Most blockchain games fail to combine accessibility, immersion, and sustainability in one ecosystem. Players are often faced with high entry costs, complicated onboarding, or shallow gameplay loops that don’t keep them engaged. At the same time, projects struggle with player retention and sustainable revenue models, leading to short-lived hype cycles. **Dæmons solves this by:** - Making Web3 gaming accessible with a low entry cost and simple onboarding through a web based browser application - playable on all devices - new or old. - Connecting players to their on-chain legacy. Turning players’ blockchain history into evolving, interactive characters that grow with them. - Creating a sticky gameplay loop with PvP battles, AI character chat, upkeep mechanics, and evolving characters. - Ensuring sustainability with both player-driven micropayments and B2B integrations that tie into real ecosystem utility. - Giving communities, partners, and creators a way to plug into the game through Clans, referral systems, and collaborative events. - Being omnichain + multichain, giving players complete freedom to mint, pay, and play across multiple ecosystems without losing progress. In short, it makes blockchain gaming fun, affordable, borderless, and sustainable—for players, communities, and the wider ecosystem. Outside of minting, we have several on-chain mechanics that are starting to generate transaction volume: - Evolutions - Pay to fast - Revenue claim With more planned as we expand.

    How it's made

Challenges we ran into One of the biggest challenges was idea sprawl—as the project grew, it was easy to keep adding features and mechanics that risked slowing us down. We solved this by focusing on core gameplay first and treating everything else as an iterative layer. We also faced the complexity of development—every system, from omnichain minting to PvP battles, turned out to be more complex than the first draft suggested. This meant constant testing, refining, and problem-solving across the stack. Finally, there was the personal challenge of balancing work, life, and family while building an ambitious project as a small indie team. Staying disciplined, sharing responsibilities, and keeping perspective helped us push through.
