Checkr
Ride the attention wave
Demo
About
The problem it solves Onchain activity is driven by social signals, yet there’s no native way to measure or leverage this attention. Traders, exchanges, and builders struggle to: - See which tokens are gaining momentum in real time - Attribute who is driving narratives and hype - Connect social engagement to onchain outcomes Checkr solves this by tracking attention across Farcaster and Twitter, showing where momentum is flowing, who’s behind it, and how that attention translates onchain. Users can: - Browse trending tokens by attention, mindshare, influence, or Checkr score - Deep dive into any token for detailed analysis - Switch between Farcaster and Twitter data - Receive notifications and token-gated insights through the mini-app Smart Contract Address(es) Checkr currently uses a single smart contract to gate access to premium data. While the platform itself is offchain analytics, premium features are unlocked natively onchain through the $checkr ERC-20 token. Holding thresholds unlock: 20M $checkr → Farcaster influence notifications 50M $checkr → Twitter data + all alerts This ensures that access control is fully onchain, verifiable, and aligned with user participation in the ecosystem. Other Onchain Proof Checkr is already seeing real traction onchain and in social feeds: - Token-Gated Access: users actively hold $checkr to unlock premium features like Twitter data and influence notifications. - Mini App Traction: installed by 2,886 users, proving demand for attention-based analytics directly inside social feeds. - Active Wallets: 509 wallets connected outside the mini app, showing how the Twitter community is growing and choosing to unlock premium data through $checkr. - Onchain Narratives: Base communities are already using Checkr insights to track early attention shifts and validate token momentum before it shows up in price action. These signals demonstrate that Checkr is well beyond concept stage, it’s a live product with active users, onchain adoption, and a clear role in how participants make market decisions.
How it's made
Challenges we ran into The biggest challenge was scaling Checkr from an idea into a live product. I built the first version vibe coding it, i didn't know how to code. As the app grew and gained users, I had to quickly teach myself everything from database architecture to APIs and backend infrastructure to keep it running and add new features. Working with different social platforms highlighted the contrast: - Farcaster is open and permissionless, making it straightforward to index data. - Twitter, on the other hand, is highly restrictive and rate-limited, which forced me to get creative about how to balance API limits with attention insights.
