How it's made
Challenges we ran into **Authentication Flow Complexity **• Challenge: Integrating Web3 wallet auth with traditional JWT sessions • Problem: Managing both blockchain interactions and API authentication (sign in w base and connecting external wallet) • Solution: Hybrid auth system supporting both paradigms and successfully using WalletConnect to launch via Flaunch **Audio Playback switching contexts (profiles):** Web Audio API was way more finicky than expected. Spent hours debugging why the waveform visualizer was just showing static noise instead of real audio data. Turns out browsers are super picky about when you can create audio contexts **Gating Full Profiles (depending on if user is holding artist token) ** (WIP) expressive media player design I wanted to create a media player that is both modern, effective and uses the screen real estate effectively on mobile. I iterated through multiple versions in order to work with three forms of data to create an expressive yet simple audio profile. I had one friend push one commit when I had an issue porting over environmental variables. He is a typescript engineer so he helped me debug. All code was written by me using v0 vercel for front-end, warp.dev (claude4 sonnet), and occasionally gpt5.
