How it's made
Challenges we ran into One major hurdle we encountered was ensuring AI integration with smart contract analysis while minimizing false positives. Initially, the AI model would sometimes flag safe code as vulnerable due to overly generic patterns. To resolve this: 1. We fine-tuned the AI model (leveraging Codestral by Mistral.ai) to better understand Solidity-specific code. 2. We incorporated context-aware filtering to refine the analysis output, ensuring only relevant and actionable vulnerabilities are highlighted. 3. We added a feedback mechanism for users to validate findings, enabling iterative improvements to the system over time. This combination of model fine-tuning and user-driven feedback drastically improved the accuracy and reliability of BugScout’s reports.
