How it's made
Challenges we ran into One of the biggest challenges was implementing off-chain bidding using state channels while ensuring trustless finality via smart escrow on Arbitrum Nitro. We had to carefully design the bidding logic to avoid race conditions and simulate real-time auction states off-chain. Another hurdle was ensuring wallet-native auction creation with no backend or centralized authentication, which required creative workarounds for session management. We overcame this by leveraging Nitro’s scalability, custom hooks, and testing logic using mocked state transitions before committing to L2 writes.
