The problem it solves # ArtSlices Hackathon Submission ## Project Overview ArtSlices is a Hong Kong-based Web3 platform tokenizing Asian artworks as Real World Assets (RWAs) on Polygon, enabling fractional ownership at ~$25/share. With a 1,000-1,500 member Discord community (targeting 2,000 by Q4 2025), it fosters artist-fan engagement via AMAs and voting, reflecting our ethos: “From artist to fan: own a fraction, feel the passion.” ## What Can People Use It For? - **Investors**: Purchase affordable art shares (~$25) and trade instantly with ~$0.01 fees, accessing the $22.1B Asian art market. - **Artists**: Tokenize works for global exposure, earn transparent revenue shares, and connect with fans, onboarding 50 post-ICO. - **Fans**: Engage in governance voting and AMAs, co-owning culturally significant art and influencing selections. ## How It Makes Tasks Easier/Safer - **Easier Pricing**: Chainlink Data Feeds provide real-time Artprice indices, simplifying artwork valuation and adjusting ~$25/share prices accurately. - **Chainlink Automation**: Making it easy and accurate to switch from one presales stage to another. - **More Chainlink Services to be adopted**: CCIP and other services are to be adopted later. ## Innovation and Impact Leveraging Chainlink’s oracles, ArtSlices enhances Polygon’s RWA ecosystem, targeting $7.2M AUM by Q1 2027.
