    AI Vision Assistant with Chainlink

Vision, Voice, VRF: AI Assistant for Web3

    About

The problem it solves The AI Vision Assistant with Chainlink Integration tackles several real-world challenges by seamlessly combining AI, blockchain, and decentralized technologies: Unifies Multiple Technologies: Bringing together real-time face recognition, object detection, AI art generation, and blockchain into one intuitive platform—eliminating the need for multiple tools and reducing complexity. Ensures Trustworthy NFT Minting: By leveraging Chainlink VRF, the assistant guarantees that NFT creation is truly random and verifiable, preventing manipulation and increasing trust in digital collectibles. Decentralized and Secure Storage: Uses IPFS via Pinata to store NFT metadata and images, ensuring data is persistent, censorship-resistant, and secure. Real-time, Reliable Data: Integrates Chainlink Data Feeds for live cryptocurrency prices, providing users with accurate, tamper-proof information without relying on centralized APIs. User-Friendly Interaction: Makes advanced AI and blockchain features accessible to everyone through voice recognition, chatbot conversations, and a graphical interface. Automation and Efficiency: Automates repetitive tasks like face registration, sketch generation, and NFT minting, reducing manual effort and the risk of errors. 🔍 How People Can Use It Secure Identity Verification: Organizations and individuals can use face recognition linked to blockchain for secure, tamper-proof identity management. Creative NFT Generation: Artists and creators can easily generate unique, verifiably random NFTs from AI-generated art and sketches. Real-time Market Insights: Traders and crypto enthusiasts get instant, reliable price updates and market data within the assistant. Interactive AI Assistant: Users can interact via voice or chat for information, commands, or creative prompts—making complex tasks simple and engaging. Educational Tool: Demonstrates the integration of AI, blockchain, and decentralized storage, making it a valuable resource for learning and prototyping. How It Makes Existing Tasks Easier & Safer Simplifies Complex Workflows: Combines multiple advanced technologies into a single, easy-to-use application—no need to juggle separate tools for vision, AI, and blockchain. Enhances Security and Trust: Blockchain integration ensures data integrity and transparency, while Chainlink VRF guarantees fair and verifiable randomness for NFTs. Improves Accessibility: Voice and chat interfaces make sophisticated features available to non-experts, lowering the barrier to entry. Reduces Manual Work: Automates repetitive processes like face registration and NFT minting, saving time and reducing errors. Promotes Decentralization: Uses IPFS for storage, ensuring data is not controlled by a single entity and is resistant to censorship.

    How it's made

Challenges we ran into Large File Uploads and GitHub Repository Size Problem: The initial repository size ballooned to nearly 3GB due to large model files and virtual environment folders. This made pushing to GitHub impossible, as it exceeded GitHub's recommended repository size limits. Solution: I restructured the repository to exclude large files (like yolov8n.pt) and virtual environments from version control. I used .gitignore to prevent these files from being tracked and manually uploaded essential code files and documentation. Raspberry Pi Integration Problem: During testing, I attempted to run the assistant on a Raspberry Pi to explore edge AI deployment. However, the Pi struggled with the computational demands of real-time face recognition and object detection, especially when running multiple AI models simultaneously. The system became unresponsive, and inference times were too slow for practical use. Hence, I switched to my PC.
